HOW IT WORKS

2. Place your rebuild order through this page

3. At checkout, be sure to include your engine and carburetor serial numbers

4. Receive a prepaid shipping label from MR17

5. Pack your engine properly (see instructions below) and ship it

6. We complete your rebuild, dyno test it, and return it within ~1 week

EXTRA PARTS & REPAIRS

If your engine requires additional parts beyond the standard rebuild kit (e.g., crankshafts, coils, starters, plug connectors, or cables), we will contact you before any work is done. These items will be billed at MSRP with full transparency.

SHIPPING & PACKING INSTRUCTIONS

To protect your engine in transit:

• Do not send radiator, harness, water pump, or hoses

• Pack the engine separately from the carburetor, inside a heavy-duty box (Home Depot boxes recommended)

• Cushion the bottom, sides, and top heavily with bubble wrap

• Ensure the engine is immobile inside the box — no movement side to side, up or down

• Once packed, shake the box gently — if it moves, repack

We cannot accept damaged shipments due to poor packaging. Protect your investment.

Please do not send these parts. These components are essential to your engine’s cooling and reliability. It's your responsibility to ensure they are in excellent condition, as poor cooling or electrical systems can compromise the life of your freshly rebuilt engine.
